Update: 11.30 am, 1 December 2017

Severn Trent Water have been working flat out since the early hours to fix the leak at the Rocks Green Roundabout. There are around a dozen water tankers at Rocks Green and the Eco Park waiting to refill the pipes. Water should be coming out of taps anytime some. You may need to run a little through to take the greyness off the water but it will be fine immediately for washing up.
